When you place an order on this website you enter a booking a transaction with The remaining transaction of the actual installation is between yourself “the customer” and the branch you visited. This website is only responsible for your telephone/online booking only. Each individual branch is responsible for the customers, installations, warranty, liabilities and services after the booking.

We will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect. To meet our service commitment to you, we will store your order and necessary personal details, obtain authorisation from your bank for the payment, and make certain security checks on your identity and address. This section details these actions and our respective rights and obligations.


All payments are made through a secure gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details. If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit /payment card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to offer you a booking. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to: The offer is no longer available; or your payment being declined; or an unspecified technical error. If you are sure are you using a valid card, please try again with the same credit/debit card or please place another order on our website, using a different credit/debit card.

Choices of time cannot always be guaranteed depending on availability. A non refundable booking fee is taken at time of booking, This will be taken off the total price on the day of your appointment. Be sure that you want to go ahead before committing to make a booking.

The remaining balance can only be paid directly to the branch before your vehicle is return back to you.

We only accept cash/credit/debit cards as a form of payment. We do not accept any cheques. Some branches may charge a processing fee if you pay the full amount on card.


Prices stated on our website are the actual prices that you will pay for the product and services. Any unusual circumstances, for example that you have a turbo or a supercharged car, the prices will be altered to each specific case.

If we need to change your appointment, we have the right to do so giving you 24 hours in advance. We expect the same from you. In unexpected situation beyond our control, we have the right to change or cancel your appointment by letting you know as soon as possible. We will hold on to your non refundable booking fee and re-schedule your appointment accordingly if this is the case.

If you wish to change your appointment time, you must do so by giving 24 hours notice. Text messages and voicemail are unacceptable. You must either email us or speak to an operator.

You must try to arrive on time, on some occasions we may refuse appointments arriving 15 minutes later than their scheduled time. You must inform us if you are running late so we can offer arrangements for you without causing further delays.


Booking fee/ Deposit are non refundable, for ANY reason that we refuse to carry out work on your vehicle, E.g Your car has other serious mechanical issues which restrict us from carrying out the conversion, We will hold on to your deposit and rearrange another appointment at a later stage when the issues are resolved.

Products and Service:

We strive to offer the best service possible using the best branded system on the market today. Different centres can be found on the location page; where prices, equipments, concept and facilities may vary. If you are unsatisfied with our service or have a complaint, you must write to us via email to the email address/form provided on the contact page of this website. All approved installers can be found on our website which are also listed with the UKLPG.


LPG components for mid range and high end systems carry a two year standard warranty against faulty manufacture and installation. Standard system components will carry up to 10,000 miles or 10 months warranty warranty, which ever come first. Our centres do not accept any liability for damage to a vehicle due to it running on LPG. This includes valve and valve seat wear and exhaust system malfunction. If the vehicle breaks down, it is the owner’s responsibility to return the vehicle to the installer.

Logos and pictures:

Some logos and pictures of third parties on our website do not represent LPG My Car. It represents the individual garage offering the conversion or services. UKLPG logos are representing the installers and not LPG My Car as a company.

Health and Safety:

Due to health and safety, the public are not allowed to enter the garage work space area.

Calculators are estimate value to the nearest and is not 100% accurate.

System used

There are many systems on the market, each individual garage will offer different systems. Standard, Mid range and High end may not be the same make or model as each other but it will be an equivalent of class.

Security Checks:

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders. These can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order. We also retain the service of various credit rating and fraud prevention companies, and we may share details of your order with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of your payment cards.

Price Match Terms:

We strive to offer you the best value for money on our services and products. Our prices are very competitive that you will find either on the internet or retail outlets. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere then we will match the price or even beat the price. The conditions are bullet points below.

  • The two items must be the same/similar.
  • The location must be within the same area or 20 miles radius from one of our location
  • You must provide information on the vendor to enable us to verify the price.
  • Price promise only applies to goods/services available in the UK

Please note our price match promise is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any application. We cannot price match once a booking has been made with the agreed price.
